Bright, vibrant and juicy. Whole berry ferment and early bottling to try and capture as much yum as possible.
GROWING & MAKING: Grown by Jane and Peter Thompson in their 25 year-old Wilyabrup vineyard. The grapes were destemmed, but not crushed with the berries left whole for fermentation in an open vat. Gently hand-plunged, basket pressed and matured in neutral oak. This is all about bright fruit and vibrancy. Medium bodied, with cherries, red currants and pretty floral notes. Super slurpable stuff.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
