GROWING & MAKING: A field blend from the terraced slopes of Steve Ollivier’s epic Donnybrook Estate; this was handpicked, whole bunch pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel. The blend is based around crisp Semillon that offers freshness and vibrancy; while Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc add fruit weight, mid-palate juiciness and complexity. This blend is a modern take on the ‘classic dry white’ style; packing in plenty of bright aromatics and juicy fruit flavours.
Unfined, unfiltered, minimum mucking about. Vegan.
