GROWING & MAKING: Grapes sourced from Sean Taylor’s epic Mt Barker vineyard. The cooler temperatures of Great Southern suit Riesling and this one is a cracker! Gently pressed juice fermented cool, in stainless-steel. This is packed with juicy fruit flavours - think lime, pineapple and candied ginger - that are wrapped around a beautiful core of chalky acidity that gives it drive and a long, crisp finish. The whole Yeah Wine team loves Riesling and we’re so excited to finally have one in our line-up.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
