Juicy Temp awash with bright cherry fruit, but with a sophisticated savoury edge.

GROWING & MAKING: Grown by Mark and Julie Maloney at their immaculate Harvey vineyard.  Mark is super attentive in managing canopy growth and vigour to ensure grapes are bursting with bright fruit flavours, concentrated and balanced.  Fermented in two small open vats for 12 days, hand-plunged twice daily, basket-pressed and matured in French oak for 14 months.   This is packed with bright, red fruit flavours and liquorice, with a morish savoury edge.  It’s medium bodied and juicy, but Tempranillo is all about the tannins and has a fine dry finish making it a perfect wine for food. 

Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
