GROWING & MAKING: One barrel of Tempranillo and one barrel of Shiraz, blended together in a marriage of deliciousness. The Temp comes from Mark and Julie Moloney’s Harvey vineyard, while the Shiraz comes from Nigel Rowe’s dry grown vines in Mt Barker. The two components complement each other to make something that is truly delicious. Red fruits and savoury spice from the Temp, brambly blue fruits and pepper from the Shiraz. Fine tannins and a lingering finish from the Temp, a juicy midpalate and fragrant aromas from the Shiraz. The ultimate barbeque banger that brings the yum!
