Whole bunches of hand-picked Syrah fermented under CO2 gas. Juicy berries and a slinky, candied edge. Chill and slurp now for full pleasure.

GROWING & MAKING: This Shiraz was grown on the limestone soils of the Bransgrove vineyard, close to the coast in Margaret River.  The bunches of handpicked grapes were kept whole, covered in CO2 gas and sealed with plastic wrap.  Left to their own devices for a couple of weeks a magical little process called ‘carbonic maceration’ happens.  Without access to oxygen, each individual grape berry ferments internally creating a different style of fermentation that brings plenty of bright fruity flavours, without extracting a lot of dryness or tannin.  The resulting wine is medium bodied, vibrant, juicy and soft, with plenty of berry fruits and a candied edge.  Drink now and feel free to throw it in the fridge and chill.

Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
