GROWING & MAKING: A WA wide red blend that is a drink now, drink anytime wine. Based around a couple of barrels of Boyup Brook Merlot (yes the same stuff that goes into our ‘Bringing Sexy Back wine’) and Shiraz. The Merlot brings bright fruit with soft drinking appeal, while the Shiraz offers body, spice and a bit of juiciness. This was blended with Frankland River Cabernet for structure (think line and length from fine tannins and crisp acidity). and Tempranillo for a hint of spicy, savoury appeal. Barbecue or pizza, footy or cricket, breakfast or dinner; anytime, anywhere.
Unfined, unfiltered; minimal mucking about. Vegan.
